Time for the Demons to "pass the hat" --- among themselves. No court would ever permit such an irresponsible and illegal levy of people to pay others based on shades of their skin color. It would rend whatever remains of this divided country, and untold numbers of people would die as a result. Specifically, the 14th Amendment of the Constitution prohibits such a racist action, as does the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that clearly
states...
1. What is Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964?Simply stated, all persons must be treated equally without regard to their race, color, or national origin. People may not be excluded from participating in, denied the benefits of, or discriminated against in the programs, services, or activities of an agency receiving DOJ assistance. In addition, a law enforcement agency must make sure that its policies and practices do not have the effect of discriminating against people because of their race, color, or national origin.
Obviously, punishing people based on their skin color and rewarding others of a different skin color, all simply based on birth circumstances that individual people have no control over, is in complete opposition to this law.
(The only way this could work, and do so legally, is for private contributions to pay for the retributions; I mean, 'reparations.')

Most Democrats Support Slavery Reparations
Now that California Gov. Gavin Newsom has a plan to pay reparations to the descendants of slaves, a majority of Democrats support the idea.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 38% of Likely U.S. voters support taxpayer-funded reparation payments to the descendants of American slaves, including 19% who Strongly Support reparations. Money whatever THEY get will be wasted on frivolity anyhow.
Wait until media puts lipstick on this pig,night after night.Just as with queer marriage,they'll get 70% in favor of reparations--or report it as such.
