That's why $40 billion was recently sent to Ukraine.
Not for weapons.
Those have been "donated" by NATO countries.
The dollars were sent to be laundered.
Then non-profits and NGOs can recycle it back to this country and others via campaign "donations."
The circular economy.
Indeed.
No different than recycling plastic bottles.

To what extent the Ukrainian has the good on Pal Joey I cannot say. On Robert [Hunter] I bet they got a lot. Pal Joey is like a mafia made man. Your associates MUST kick 10 % of their take up to you or else. The made man also must kick 10 % of what ever he gets to the Don. Etc.
