Charge his underlings with treason--they're the ones who dictate policy--to a great extent.

Of course there are commies in Congress who support blacks,Mex,queers etal,taking over--more than you might think.Many Republicans are like elephants spotting a mouse--afraid of being called a racist for opposing the "takeover scenario".

A horrible mindset has descended on the United States.

The executive is responsible for seeing the laws enforced. Rather than enforcing Pal Joey is deliberately NOT enforcing. An impeachable offense?
