NYC police arrest man after throwing 52-year-old woman onto New York subway tracks in unprovoked attack [N.S.: That's not our grammar! And what's with this relatively new editorial practice of calling racist attacks by blacks on non-blacks "unprovoked attacks"?]

KENT COUNTY PROSECUTOR,BECKER,WILL ANNOUNCE DECISION IN LYOYA INCIDENT THURSDAY AT 3PM.
By John Agar | jagar@mlive.com
KENT COUNTY, MI – Prosecutor Chris Becker will announce Thursday, June 9, if Grand Rapids police Officer Christopher Schurr will be charged in the fatal shooting of Black motorist Patrick Lyoya.
The April 4 killing prompted protests and calls for a murder charge and a federal civil-rights investigation. Others say that a highly intoxicated Lyoya, 26, brought the violent encounter on himself by running from the officer and fighting for control of the officer’s Taser.
The press conference is scheduled for 3 p.m. Thursday at the Michigan State Police sixth district headquarters in Grand Rapids. The event will be livestreamed on Kent County’s Facebook and YouTube channels.
State police submitted findings to the Kent County prosecutor 24 days after the shooting. In mid-May, Becker said he would consult experts before reaching a decision.

MURDERS PILING UP IN GRAND RAPIDS;WHITE MAN,FOUND DEAD IN THE GHETTO,RULED A VICTIM OF HOMICIDE
GRA:I always play the odds in situations like this. The vic has a Jewish name,he was found in the heart of the black ghetto. Whites don't kill Whites in areas like this--unless--both were transients.
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The Monday death of a man in Grand Rapids has been ruled a homicide.
The Grand Rapids Police Department on Wednesday identified the man as Richard John Jekel, 69, and said the medical examiner had ruled the death a homicide.
Police did not indicate how Jekel died.
Jekel was found dead Monday evening on Horton Avenue SE in the area of Alger Street and S. Division Avenue.
GRPD said on Tuesday that a person of interest had been taken into custody. On Wednesday, it did not provide any further details about that person.

You could tag the story below 'Jobs Americans won't do' (or maybe 'Turning Georgia black and blue') if you used tags and had such a tag, which you don't:
2 Roswell preschool teachers arrested after parents watch alleged abuse in live video from classroom
Detectives watched the video and arrested Zeina Alostwani, 40, and Soriana Briceno, 19, for cruelty to children in the first degree.
So not Smith and Jones.
Alostwani and Briceno appeared in front of a judge Tuesday, where prosecutors asked that they not be granted bond. Alostwani was granted a $75,000 bond and Briceno was not given bond based on her asylum and immigration status.
Given the alleged offenses (read the article), asking for no bond seems a little extreme to me.
But even more extreme (as in extremely dumb), is handing over your very young kids to the mercies (or not) of racial aliens, one of whom is apparently here illegally (? -- or maybe her bogus asylum claim is still pending, who knows).

Besides how bizarre this story is, check out the affirmative action ape who's 'interim police chief' of Seattle:
Why Seattle police have stopped investigating new reports of adult sexual assaults
Rather obviously related:
Seattle City Council OKs $1M for police recruitment
The Seattle City Council has approved an ordinance freeing up more than $1 million to be used to recruit police officers to a department that has lost hundreds of staffers in the last two years. ... The Seattle Times reports the ordinance passed by a 6-3 vote ...
The vote wasn't unanimous.
