David in TN: Surprise, surprise. The black nationalist killer is playing the crazy card, not guilty by reason of insanity.
The judge ruled against a change-of-venue motion from the defense. She also ruled against bringing in a jury from elsewhere. The defense probably wanted the trial moved to Milwaukee.

Of course nnn hasn't brought this case up more than once since it happened.
If it was reversed--and Whitey ran down three j-boos--there'd be one week anniversaries,two week anniversaries--right up until 5 years later.
The only anniversary being noted now is by me:which is the time that's elapsed since the networks lost interest in the case(about the day after)--which is seven months ago,today.
And the reason nnn and msm don't bring up the black mass murderer is because they SUPPORT what the black mass murderer did.
No outrage for Whitey being killed by a black thug.

Yes. Moving the trial would mean an acquittal from a negro jury or a predominantly negro jury.
Of course the negro is insane will go the argument. All spade dudes are crazy. Just some spades are crazier than most.
Moving the trial to Milwaukee for sure will bring an acquittal or a hung jury or mistrial. Endless grief of all sorts. Did they move the trial of Chauvin to another locale as they should have? No. Scared of blacks.
