Everyone is not at risk....and they won't order 'mos to stop engaging in the behavior that transmits diseases. BTW, the wall street journal reported on the increase in anal cancers w/o using the word "homosexuals." Just said that persons who do that should get shots and take pills:

That smoothed curve of infections now exponential. Just like with HIV and AIDS infections. By 1995 we were told the whole world will have HIV and AIDS based on extrapolations.
Correct. Just keep away from unnatural sec acts men with men involving dirty parts of the human body and you will be just fine. A pox upon those that don't. Literally so.
