UNAUTHORIZED EVENT and massive mob. Look at them scatter. That screaming of the woman only makes the chaos worse.
It will be a yearly event now.
Consider within context these Derbyshire rules:
(10d) Do not attend events likely to draw a lot of blacks.
(10e) If you are at some public event at which the number of blacks suddenly swells, leave as quickly as possible.

I'm torn between saying "Coonteenth" and "Shooteenth" to replace "Juneteenth".Coonteenth sounds better,but Shooteenth more accurately describes blacks EVERYDAY--not just one day in June.
