An arrest has been made in the death of 18-year-old Luis Mejia Hernandez, an Alexandria City High student who was stabbed to death during a large group [sic] fight outside a McDonald's near the school, Alexandria Police Department said.

Years ago, Alexandria was nothing but native-born blacks and whites.
Now it is a Third World slum, like the rest of the D.C. area.
