May be interesting to follow this:
Twitter/TheLastRefuge -- crs rapid response team are the folks who tell twitter (or all other media) to delete content. ... Hence this happened and was removed.
Apparently the “was removed” refers to a tweet with a video of (reportedly) an eyewitness describing what he saw.
