Routine traffic stop. Bad guy behind the wheel will just not comply. Pins an officer between two cars. Then the suspect shot by the cops.
No race of perpetrator indicated, but being Joliet, IL USA, I can well imagine.
Driver, the bad guy, drugs, weapons, parole violations, outstanding warrants probably. Blacks all the time stopped for stuff the negro says is just trivial nonsense to them. Like breaking the law.

While I wasn't there and didn't watch the video, of course the teen™ would play the victim before the media if given the opportunity, and the media is only too happy to give teens™ a chance to play the victim.
But I highlight the (to me) interesting part: if it wasn't so demographically tragic for America, it would be hilarious the way the educational establishment tries to polish turds.

Unfortunately very few Westinghouse students exceeded standards in these areas. In 2014, 3% of Westinghouse exceeded standards in Reading, 3% exceeded standards in Mathematics and 3% exceeded standards in Science.
Tremendous resources are wasted every year trying to educate Blacks in an academic (rather than vocational) setting.
