(wapo) NEW YORK — Manhattan prosecutors on Thursday will move to vacate the convictions of two men who served decades in prison for their alleged [sic] role in the assassination of Malcolm X, officials involved in the case said.
The exonerations [sic] add a new chapter to the long-debated story of the slain black civil rights [sic] leader, which has been embroiled in conspiracy theories and unanswered questions [sic] for more than half a century.
The office of Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. launched a review of the case last year, as a netflix [!] documentary [sic] was raising doubts [sic] about the guilt of two of the three men convicted: Muhammad A. Aziz, who previously went by the name Norman 3X Butler, and Khalil Islam (a.k.a. Thomas 15X Johnson), who died in 2009.
Vance’s office and the Innocence Project [ha, ha, ha!] which is part of Aziz’s legal team, announced on Wednesday that two convictions would be vacated on Thursday afternoon in New York State Supreme Court. The statement did not give additional details, and neither Vance’s office nor Aziz’s lawyers responded to requests for more information.
Aziz, who is 83 and was paroled in 1985, is the only living person convicted in the assassination. He has tried to clear his name over the course of decades. In the documentary series, Who Killed Malcolm X?, Aziz said his time in prison cost him relationships with his children, who were young when he was incarcerated.
GRA: Everyone knows that blacks don’t kill other blacks, and Muslims are non-violent. How could such a mistake of this magnitude have happened?
Answer: It probably didn’t, but revisionist history is erasing much of the past, and lib/commie outfits like the “Innocence Project” are at the forefront of it.

N.S.: “Alleged”: Not their alleged role, but their role.
“The exonerations.” They’re not exonerations, anymore than in the cases of the five lawfully convicted Central Park rapists, which would require a retrial.
“Unanswered questions.” There are no “unanswered questions.” This is a vacuous, meaningless phrase, which has been used to death by professional liars, such that it has become a tell for when one is dealing with a liar.
“netflix documentary.” There are no netflix documentaries. netflix is in the business of making hagiographies of heinous, black criminals, and demonographies of Whites who lawfully prosecute them.
“The Innocence Project.” I call it the Guilt Project, because it typically supports guilty-as-hell blacks, and the occasional guilty-as-hell hispanic, such as convicted Central Park rapist Raymond Santana.
One Guilt Project leader, David Protess, was caught railroading an innocent man into prison, but nothing happened to him.

They must be looking for James Earl Ray's cousin--and if he didn't have one, they'll make one up--courtesy Netflix.

Blacks may agitate for this kind of thing, but they generally lack the power to actually push thru pardons etc themselves -- racially cucked Whites and Jews are the ones who are to blame for that.
One thing you have to give Blacks credit for: when they sense weakness, they 'go for the jugular'; it's 'pedal to the metal', 'full court press', whatever metaphor you like -- exonerating racial/tribal brethren guilty of heinous crimes, tearing down statues, removing portraits, renaming streets and schools, etc etc, you name it -- and white society evinces nothing but craven weakness right now -- this never ends well for the craven and weak.
A clemency case from OK:
link -- JUST IN - Oklahoma Governor Stitt grants clemency and commutes Julius Jones’s death sentence to life without parole following public pressure.
link -- this fucking scum murdered a white father in front of his daughters and he gets clemency because some f*cking celebrity thot pressures a "republican" governor on social media ... they had him dead to rights on DNA + eyewitness. this is purely racial.
That's right, it is racial -- and Whites who think this will end or abate are foolish.
And per above, Stitt is a Republican -- but the vast majority of them are just as cucked on race as any Democrat.
