How often are prosecutors allowed to "challenge the jury's makeup" when the jury is heavily black, such as some of the Knoxville Horror trials? Or even attempted to?
If you can't get a few of ELEVEN White jurors to hold out for NOT GUILTY,then you might as well lower the curtain on the legal system.

Good news. The defendants deserve a jury of their peers, plus this is a sign the judge wants a clean trial.
He should not be allowed to change the "racial makeup". After all, there is not such thing as race.
