Saw this article and what jumped out at me was the police statement that said there was "no active threat". A triple murderer is running loose and there's no active threat? How do they know that? I'm guessing they know a lot more than they are letting on. I dunno but even though it's Atlanta my feeling is it's not a negro, but probably a Mex of some kind. Just a feeling but we'll see.
