For legal purposes,blacks under 15 are trained to do a lot of the crimes like carjacking,breaking into gunstores--even drug dealing--while the older nigros sit back and count the money.
This yields two results:
1)blacks are initiated early to a life of crime by the famblee.
2)blacks that young never go to prison for felonies.
And the beat goes on...

Depends on the locale too charged with a lesser crime and if they do juvenile justice they do little time and only learn to become better criminals. A little time to does them a lot of good for street cred.
