After graduating from McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Georgia, where he played football and wrestled, James went on to attend the Naval Academy Prep School before getting into the Naval Academy.
Blacks attend the “prep” school because they would not be admitted otherwise.

I was invited to the Army prep school while I was on active duty. One years of physical training, class study in English, science, math.
That black dude that did the hoax at the Air Force academy was in their prep program. Now the idea is to get jocks and raise them to a higher level of education they did not get in high school.
Everything for the jocks.
