A White mayor and White police chief--but as I looked up the summary by Google,of the city,they called it,"among the top 25 most diverse cities in the country."
That explains 100 murders in a year.
All diverse communities have explosive murder rates.
The police chief is retiring I read,similar to our White GR chief "retiring" 3 years ago,so that blackie could replace him.Demographics here were going against the police quickly--which played a part in his departure.The black plague was in full invasion mode and Grand Rapids joined the latest trend of putting blackie in charge of cops(they can relate to the thugs better...lol).
I'll wager an imaginary paycheck that blackie(or Mex?) gets the job in FW.

Rise in murder rates must be because of all the drive-by murders and hit-and-runs by Amish in their buggies. Their slow and steady buggies make excellent gun platforms.
