Not enough time unless SCOTUS stays the results of the Trump/Biden election,pending further investigation.But if these ballots were reprogrammed in any way,the other lower races would also be in question.
The SCOTUS may not be prepared for delving into this particular quagmire--mainly to keep up the false idea of "secure elections" which seems to be the #1 excuse for NOT investigating,but #2 is the antifa/blm riots that would certainly arise from the moment any delay to Biden being inaugurated was announced.
The courts do not appear capable of rising to the occasion in state judicial settings--and with Roberts as Chief Justice of our highest federal court--why would we expect better at that venue?
