cwb, which has a good rep, exaggerated here, in claiming that judge Caroline Glennon-Goodman "circulated" the graphic. She thought she's sent it to one friend, only she sent it to the wrong name on her list. In any event, we learned that a jurist who supports black criminals has a sense of humor.
Of course, it was a joke. Why the scare quotes?

She's obviously smarter than the average judge,in that she's not woke. The rest of the consequences are predictable because of what OTHERS are(woke).
