judge Andrew Napolitano was asked by one of his viewers if texas has the right to control immigration. Starting at minute 8:10, he replies that the states should control immigration, not the federal government:

The "border" is somewhere between the middle of Texas and the Canadian border(actual border).
If I could draw maps on here and send them,I would illustrate.

Even if it is a Federal responsibility there is an issue of states rights I would highly suspect. At least to some extent.
Will Biden obey the courts?
Will Civil War break out?
Will ANYTHING be settled in ANYONE'S lifetimes?
