The solution is to forbid the government from collecting race information. Then there would be no affirmative action, racial set asides, and all the other means to separate and treat Americans differently. Hiring should be by merit only without regard to race. If blacks and Hispanics cannot compete on merit, they will need to try harder to get educated.
White? Who me? Of course not.
