Just like the gangbangers. Fire enough rounds spraying bullets all over the place and eventually you will hit your target.
Will would be flummoxed in 2024 by the definition of "innocent" OR "guilty"--since nowadays(under "black law"),guilt or innocence is based totally on whether you're black(innocent)or White(guilty).
