The police and justice system are responsible for controlling crime--not small business owners. What are businessmen supposed to do--hire some ex-SEALs and have them shoot the criminals? Of course if I were a businessman I would sell my business and get the hell out of black and Hispanic areas.
She's nothing to write home about.
But every mayor of St. Louis in my conscience lifetime has said things like this.
