N.S.: Officer McNamara did not say, "I hates black people." You either quote a person exactly, or you forego using quotation marks. This isn't just journalism 101, but english composition 101. Thus, neither Ted Verity nor Ishita Srivastava knows how to write a proper quotation.
Secondly, why would "officials" or Srivastava/Verity be talking about the possibility of criminal charges being filed over the officer's texts?
And thirdly, how is it possible for a man of any race to spend years serving and protecting, without either coming to hate blacks, or to see them as less than fully human?

If certain people* investigated blacks even half as much as they investigate Whites,the prisons would be overflowing with criminals instead of out on the street.

He can get a job working security in a casino Vegas.
I have thought it would be a good working relationship for law enforcement to rely on the mob to provide security jobs at casinos for disgraced cops.
It could be beneficial to both. Tit for tat favors for cops and mob.
