BREAKING NEWS! After the (usual) three-year news blackout, the trial for the murder of Wendy Jerome in Rochester, New York is finally underway. It is 39 years since the rape-murder of Wendy Jerome. Since the statute of limitations has expired for rape, the defendant, Timothy Williams, is being tried for murder alone.
This DNA hit came through familial DNA. As of now, the MSM isn’t paying attention, but I expect they have an eye on it—hoping for an acquittal. The MSM has long wished for a Not Guilty verdict in this kind of trial—a White girl raped and murdered by a black perp, identified by a cold DNA hit.
N.S.: Actually, David, Timothy Williams should be on trial for his rape, er, alleged rape of Wendy Jerome, as well. New York passed a law that’s probably unconstitutional (I can hear our old friend, the Countenance Blogmeister, chuckling in German—“Constitution, what constitution?!”)—that eliminated the statute of limitations for a certain limited period, for rape allegations. I believe it’s called The Get Donald Trump by Any Means Necessary Law.
One of David's many virtues, God bless him, is his tenacity in pursuing black war criminals whom the msm have aided and abetted by blacking out their crimes for years on end. It was such msm evil that allowed us to scoop the msm at least once (maybe twice), when nation of islam war criminals from the zebra murders died in prison.

Williams probably thinks prison is a great retirement home for him and all blacks.Along with a free rape,Williams essentially got away with a free murder too,by staying out of the joint during his prime years.
blacks view that as a victory.Now it's on to a delightful life behind bars,where he'd have wound up anyways,if he wasn't DNA'ed three years ago.

Three years the bad guy [innocent until proven guilty] has already been in prison. Will count probably as good time toward eventual release.
The opening statements were on Wednesday afternoon.
"The evidence will show the defendant intercepted her on her walk, sexually assaulted her and beat her to death. The evidence will show that she was beaten so badly that some of her teeth had been knocked out," Monroe County Senior Assistant District Attorney Lisa Gray said in her opening statement."
"Defense attorney Jessica Lauren Naclerio says the allegations relate to one piece of DNA evidence, and told the jurors they will be tasked with asking, is that proof beyond a reasonable doubt?"
"The ultimate question will be that if semen is evidence of sexual contact, is it evidence of murder? And the answer is no, Mr. Williams did not kill Wendy Jerome. Mr. Williams is not guilty,' Naclerio said."
David In TN: We've seen this defense over and over. Wendy Jerome was 14 years old and I assume even in New York she couldn't "consent." The killer was 20.
And what about the scenario? A (fairly typical) black male sees a White girl alone and on the spur of the moment decides to rape and murder her. We've seen it so many times.
On Thursday testimony began. The victim's mother told of her daughter going out to deliver a birthday card to Wendy's best friend and never seeing her alive again. The first investigator told of the body being found in a school alcove. The cross examination was mainly about investigative technique "evolving" over the last 39 years.
