And SHOULD bring down governments. Like in USA. Illegal behavior is not to be tolerated. Zero tolerance. Especially from just plain old bad behaving foreigners.
For anyone to make a comment like that NOW is ludicrous and late--by about 20 years.
Countries can fall without governments being toppled.
