Shouldn't it be "shot fatally"?
The nuns always made me and my classmates put the adverb after the verb.
Regardless, the person is dead.

>woman murders her neighbor during argument
What's a woman? -- asking for a current Supreme Court justice.
P.S.
Police said an altercation between neighbors led to the shooting ... There are currently no known suspects and the investigation is ongoing.
There is really no info at all about who shot the dead, err, woman.
(KSAT)Police said an altercation between neighbors led to the shooting sometime around 4:45 a.m. Sunday in the 4300 block of Bloomdale, not far from Loop 410 and Rittiman Road.
Neighbors told police they heard approximately nine gunshots and officers told KSAT there were multiple shell casings at the scene.
The victim, who is believed to be in her late 30s or early 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity has not yet been released.
(GRA:Nine shots will end an argument,I'd say.)
There are currently no known suspects and the investigation is ongoing.
GRA:How can that be?An argument between "neighbors"--yet no suspects?C'mon man.
