Our friend historian Alan J. Levine in the November issue of Chronicles makes a serious, historical argument against “critical race theory.” He concludes:

“Critical race theorists are unable to deal with the actual historical development of racial ideas. The entire ‘scholarly field’ of CRT is rather reminiscent of the old scholarly joke. ‘The inaccuracies must have required tremendous research.’ Or, perhaps none at all?”

Can a serious, historical argument have any effect against the proponents of such ideas?

Have serious medical and epidemiological arguments had any effect whatsoever on the COVID narrative so far?

Again: from the point of view of Whites, the main problem with CRT as currently proselytized is that only one race is seriously critiqued, and the verdict is unfavorable: Whites are unconditionally scapegoated for the problems of other races.

If all whites are responsible for all the crimes committed by some whites, are all blacks responsible for all the crimes committed by some blacks?

The entire theory is racist of itself. Whitey folks are inherently racists such. Statements of that sort are of themselves racist.
