N.S.: I've got your answer right here. Our nation's (their nation's?) capitol turned all public positions into show-no, or even no-show jobs. (Remember the "crisis" years ago, in which D.C. public nursing homes had huge black staffs and virtually no patients, yet the few patients' bodies were covered with potentially fatal bed sores?) Either show up and clock in, but do no work, or don't show at all (while a buddy clocks in for you), while getting paid. Thus, the rats proliferated. The same problem has been noted elsewhere, but the msm refuse to talk about why this is the case, and act as if White taxpayers were obligated to pour ever more trillions down the sinkhole of diversity, as if money were the problem.
