More on National Felons League Player Henry Ruggs' Killing of a Woman and Her Dog

A terrible accident; the dead woman, only 23 years old had no chance – I also heard a dog died, presumably it was in the car with the woman who died – most articles mention he remained at the scene, but he was probably too stunned and drunk to do anything else – they would have apprehended him pretty quickly anyway. Despite his release by the Raiders, he’ll make the $150k bail (he’s not allowed to consume alcohol or drive, and must surrender his passport).

Aside from the sad, needless loss of life (I hope the family of the dead woman files a civil suit), one can say this: what a [bleeping] stupid nigger – probably earned more in a year playing sportsball than he could/would have in a lifetime doing something else, yet he throws it all away.

Apparently the woman in the car with Ruggs is his girlfriend – at the link, she crows about being named a marketing manager for the Raiders (WTF?!) – anyway, as one comment says:

“A terrible accident; the dead woman, only 23 years old, had no chance”

The victim is Tina Tintor – she died a horrible death.

At least three bystanders stopped to help. ... Among them was Alexander Hart, a security guard for a nearby condominium community, according to the report. After hearing the crash, he got into his security vehicle and drove to the scene. ... When he arrived, the report states, he heard screams coming from the Toyota. The driver was still alive, he told police. ... But he couldn’t pull her out, he said, because she was pinned inside the SUV.

That’s one problem with such high speed: if the impact doesn’t kill you, the vehicle may be so badly damaged that anyone inside cannot be pulled free.

And it was her dog that died.

Tintor’s dog, who was in the back seat, also died.

The surname Tintor is most common in Serbia (link).

If this [bleeper] doesn’t get near the maximum, it’s a travesty.

“What we have here is a young man who has never been in trouble before,” Ruggs’ attorney David Chesnoff told the court.

So [bleepin’] what – then his first mistake was a HUGE one.

A Fox report (https://www.foxnews.com/sports/henry-ruggs-driving-156-deadly-dui-crash-loaded-gun-prosecutors) today (Wednesday) on the deadly DUI crash.

"Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs was driving 156 mph just seconds before colliding with another vehicle on Tuesday, killing one person, prosecutors said during Ruggs' first court appearance on Wednesday."

"The former Alabama standout, wearing a neck brace and seated in a wheelchair, appeared in court on Wednesday (David In TN: Neck brace? Who does he think he is, Ted Kennedy?).

"Chief Deputy District Attorney Eric Bauman alleged that Ruggs was driving at a speed of 156 mph just two seconds before the crash, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. His speed dropped to 127 mph when the Corvette's airbags deployed."

"'I cannot recall a speed that high in my career on the bench,' Justice of the Peace Joe Bonaventure said, via the Review-Journal."

David In TN: Suggs had a loaded gun. His blood-alcohol level was more than double the legal limit, and he had "signs of impairment." Suggs and his girlfriend were not seriously injured. The victim, Tina Tintor, 23 and her dog in the back seat. were burned to death.

I guess they can retrieve this and other telemetry data from the vehicle -- so a full impact with another car at 127 mph and no serious injuries -- that's an advertisement for airbags.

Fotos show the front of the corvette was completely destroyed.
