David in TN: A preliminary hearing for Philadelphia train rapist Fiston Ngoy set for today has been "rescheduled for Nov. 29 due to some staff changes on the District Attorney's side of the case."
This District Attorney's office is led by a Soros DA.

In a settlement announced today by Philly officials,Fiston Ngoy, was given a lifetime pass on all their subway trains.
"Yes,he raped a woman,"said the lead city attorney,"but she was drunk--this is basically all her fault.She got on the wrong train because of elevated alcohol intake.Because of the time and money spent by the city's legal department,we are both suing the woman for damages and arresting her for public drunkeness--a crime that--for non-blacks--carries a prison sentence of not less than 10 years.We are apologizing to Mr.Ngoy for profiling him and he will receive a free subway ride for life plus 10 million dollars to help him forget about this ugly incident."
