ATR: I got pulled brisket plate to go last night at Cowboy Chicken here in Dallas.


About $12 with two sides: beans and potatoes.

Got home, unwrapped the plastic tote bag, and opened the Styrofoam clamshell packaging.

About 3 ounces, or 4 bites, of pulled brisket stacked high over some dill pickle slices and two rings from a white onion.  Made it look like more meat than it really was.

That was it.

Mere morsels.

Very, very disappointed.
