Who shot the video and how did it come under the control of the FBI? -- and why was its existence not revealed until today? -- did Rittenhouse's defense know it existed?

Sat on the footage for a long time and LOST the high resolution footage.
Rittenhouse's defense lawyers didn't know the video existed until a few weeks ago.
Have you noticed how the existence of certain videos is concealed?
We didn't find out until the second suspect in the Tessa Majors murder pled guilty that a video of the crime existed.
And the defense team did NOT know about this video until the trial began. Normally the judge might even declare a mistrial under certain circumstances.
