Search for Man Wanted for Allegedly Shooting Mother-in-Law to Death is over
Gregorio Gaytan, 32, had been on the loose since Thursday night but HCSO's SWAT team were [sic] able to locate him this evening. Here's what happened. -

I had a crazy Mex neighbor who--with the windows open--threatened his wife with a gun fairly often.You'd see the kids run out the front door,like a fire drill was going on.
I told the landlady about it,called Silent Observer,checked out the criminal records of that guy and his sex offender brother,who was living with them illegally.Tons of arrests.
The landlady said I had no proof of anything going on-until I nailed the sex offender for living at that residence illegally--which got them all evicted.
They slashed my tires on the way out.El-Scummo.
