The group had one of the lowest incidences of cardiovascular disease in the developed world.
Hard, physical labor and close knit devout families do much to enhance one's immune system.

Probably true--but if you're Amish--stay off of semi-busy country roads with your buggies and ALWAYS:Avoid negroes at all costs.

And they eat that meat and potatoes diet with large portions said to be so bad for us.
In two hundred years the predominant whitey populations of North America will be Amish and Mormons.
