Correction:Should have been completed during the time Trump was president.Now?About as much chance of that happening as Tony Bennett singing,"I Left My Heart in San Francisco" from memory anymore(he has Alzheimers).

Any barrier will at least improve things as they are now. Rows of razor wire can help to begin with.
