GRA:"Underreported news"--as in black crime?Or take a page out of NNN and overreport the slim pickings of White crime.Either way,it isn't authentic news--but that's the reality of the current style of fraudulent reporting by "minority targeted media outlets" (of which most are,but especially NNN and CBS).
