You can't have a drivable car without tires
You can't have a picnic without food
You can't have a boxing match without a referee
You can't have a milk shake without ice cream
You can't have rain without clouds
You can't have an impeachment without a Chief Justice presiding
You can't go to college without graduating high school
You can't take a bath without water
And you can't impeach someone who isn't President anymore.
