Surrattsville High served the suburb in which I was raised.
It used to be a first-rate high school.
A number of its graduates attended military academies on full scholarships.
What changed in the past 40 years?

The colored fail the exam so the exam must be wrong in some manner. No real problem with USA education. Just bad students.
