The bias is the blacks aren't qualified.If they were,why wouldn't a Google want to hire them--especially as Google constantly reminds us of their liberalness?
"Qualified" may not only mean grades,by the way,--getting along,not being a black supremacist,criminal past,reports of illegitimate kids etc.MIGHT also prevent Google from taking a big step of hiring a black at a tech company.
