It will be alleged in a civil suit case that the homeowner used excessive force. He did not give the bad guys a SPORTING CHANCE to fight back.
Now the guy has to worry about getting picked off in a drive-by or something.When you defend yourself and knock off a couple thugs,they take it as a personal affront and their "friends"(actually,fellow thugs)go looking for revenge.Best of luck to this domestic soldier.

They would have killed him,no doubt.It's unfortunate the 61 year old vic was shot in the stomach.VERY fortunate he had his protection to kill the two he did.It could happen anywhere,anytime there are minority thugs living in the area(blocks away).
