If one might hazard a guess, it would be that not so many decades ago, this particular species of human being was unknown to the native residents of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
If you don't live in the hood, they'll happily bring the hood to you.

"A North Face store in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, was bombarded by 10 thieves, who stole an estimated $30,000 worth of goods in just 30 seconds. The quick heist had police comparing the suspects to a flash mob, and authorities are still searching for the group."

Of course they were blacks. As soon as I heard the story I knew the race of the people committing the crime.
They had to do it because of slavery. North Face jackets are the preferred clothing of urban savages - drug gang members.
Will any of them be arrested? Or are blacks allowed to steal and commit crimes?
I wondered if they were in the state because they had gotten sports and/or affirmative action scholarships to local colleges.
I never heard of Pleasant Prairie, but a look at a map shows it is not far south of Kenosha. Unfortunately I lived a short time in Kenosha--a depressing place. Where else would they build a car like the Pacer? Even then it had a substantial AMISH section. Apparently these Amish have spilled over into Pleasant Prairie--which is probably due for a name change to Unpleasant Prairie.
