Merely producing a firearm is a threat to use the weapon. The law has defined it for you. The perp cannot say it was an accidental discharge.

The young man was a TEEN underage killed by an adult.

Same as with Treyvons in FLA. Zimm faced SIXTY years in prison for defending himself if he had not been acquitted.

And YES, the colored governor let the colored man go because he was a colored man and nothing more.
