The two men were shot while inside a truck outside the Mi Tavenera bar, Houston police said. The male in the driver's seat died at the scene and the other male was found lying on the ground next to the truck with a gunshot wound to the head, police said.

Possible? If he was white and all his victims were black it would be a certain hate crime.
Also, if it's a hate crime then it's not random...right? Tell the writer's of the article that. Note the article also refers to him as "she". How considerate of them to be sensitive to his gender identity. At least Fox is reporting it, can't find this story on any of the other biggies.
