They're not deporting immigrants. They are deporting illegal aliens.
If these members of the ABA did not aid and abet criminal aliens from crossing the border and getting "their day in court" the system would not be "broken". Beware too that use of the word "broken". Always that is a favorite word of the left. As was the "masses" during the time of the Cold War.
