Go see the Texas Ten Most wanted. Eight white hispanic as they call them, one negro and one white man [truly a white man]. They used to categorize hispanic mestizo as white. They seemed to have changed that category.
Criminals that have unusual physical features of some sort usually do not make for good criminals. Too easy to spot and catch. Caryl Chessman the Red Light Rapist had an unusual manner of walking because of injury. He was identified by a victim based on is walk, seen even from a distance.
