The bad guy should just take a plea bargain. Easier and cheaper for everyone.
Breitbart actually refers to the bad guy as an illegal alien. Golly! Normally the media would say a MAN is accused.
And don't forget the guy needs a court interpreter. Spanish to English and English to Spanish. If that interpreter has a Spanish surname watch out. They are in the habit of mis-translating.
