Yet Trump is unable to prove HIS wall is being built. Part of the wall approved by @POTUS44 has been rebuilt. Recent approved money goes to wall repair. So @AnnCoulter is telling truth and again Trump lies.

Human traffickers apprehended at a rate way far beyond what was done in the Obama era. You gotta start somewhere. If not a wall then a secure fence system. Rome not built in a day and it as an adage is true.
