Relatives of the condemned should not be allowed to witness an execution. Those two miscreants need some severe punishment. Committing a crime in a prison is a serious offense.
They should be made honorary blacks. On initially seeing this story, my Chinese wife was very surprised that they weren't black. Maybe they could get the honor of leading the next riot at a mall or athletic shoe store.
