--Most likely,Jeff Zucker,in a memo to his anchors,a long long time ago--which was then picked up by NBC and upgraded to:
"In the world of network news,lies may be invented and substituted for facts,to fit our agenda on all issues--including the border wall."
Which was then passed on to MSNBC,a place where Duranty and Blair would be fired for not having low enough reporting standards.
And that's the way it is.

The wall where it was erected was in locations where an Israeli community was in direct weapons fire range of a Palestinian village. Not surprisingly the two groups do not intermix and so you have one village totally Israeli and another village totally Palestinian. The remainder of the barrier is an anti-vehicle ditch, layers of fencing with barbed wire, and a raked area to spot intruder footprints. And patrolled constantly. That "wall" the preponderance of mostly the fencing, anti-vehicle ditch, etc.
Shiloh = Place of peace. It is now.
