GRA:In what police have called,"the first known case of a murder by crossbow,"a black thug was arraigned for killing a white 20 year old male, using that method.Muskegon,Michigan is 30 miles west of Grand Rapids,on the Lake Michigan shoreline.
MUSKEGON, Mich.(FOX17) -- Muskegon County Prosecutors have announced Open Murder charges for a man suspected of killing another person with a crossbow.

Nyoky Bull was arraigned Friday in a Muskegon District courtroom in the death of Marcus Olmstead who died Wednesday night.

Olmstead, 20, was hit by the crossbow bolt about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday while in the driveway of a home in the 3100 block of Leon Street in Norton Shores.

Bull, 20, from Grant, was arrested Thursday afternoon in Grand Rapids. The Norton Shores Police said Thursday that Olmstead's death was ruled a homicide by the medical examiner.

The mother of the victim in court, watching the arraignment so she could see the face of her son's accused killer.

“He’s twisted that’s all I can say, he’s a monster. Who else could do this to a sweet innocent boy. I can’t express the anger I fell inside right now," says Marcus's mom, Kristi Ferry.

The prosecutor in the case says the victim had been communicating with the suspect's girlfriend on social media.

“At some point the suspect took over her Instagram account in order to communicate with the victim and posed as her in order to get him to come out of the house that night," says Matt Roberts, the chief trial attorney at the Muskegon County prosecutor's office.

The prosecution says Bull bought two bolts for a crossbow from an ammunition shop and that he admitted to firing a shot at the house. They say the victim was shot in the stomach with the crossbow bolt.

Nyoky Bull could face 1st degree murder which carries a sentence of life in prison without parole.

Part of the ongoing investigation includes going through cell phones and social media history.
A preliminary exam is scheduled for January 9th at 1:00 PM.

The most repulsive hair-fashion in human history (dreadlocks), the most asinine form of dance (breakdancing, spinning upside down on the top of one's empty head), and of course the absolute worst of the worst, rap (shouting out hateful, pornographic rhyme to an unvarying, skull-cracking mechanical drumbeat)...

Tex-Mex cuisine I guess not so bad.
